Artists’ own Iimagination and Creativity
For all of you who don’t already know, Podcasting is the fun, new and exciting way of broadcasting information.

Think of it like creating your own audio station so that you can talk about issues that you are interested in… or simply anything you would like to share! It could be funky or informative. It’s all up YOU..

So now is your chance to get started! Imagine that you are the presenter of the official documentary radio station for the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in 2010. You want share tidbits about the Olympic Games with your audience, with the aim of promoting YOG 2010. Create a Podcast entry that touches on one of the following topics:

  • What is sportmanship
  • Comparing and contrasting modern and ancient Olympic Games
  • Introduction to a sport of choice*

*This sport has to be included in the Singapore YOG 2010

Participants may include facts, knowledge, ideas and feelings about the given topics. The length of the Podcast entry should be between 4 to 7 minutes.

But wait… Teachers have a chance to win attractive prizes too!

Teachers, pretend you are the co-host of the documentary, and the ‘expert’ on the topic mentioned, and add your input to any of the students’ podcasts! You can make the topic even more interesting and meaningful.
